Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules can change! To help us respect everyone’s time and keep planning efficient, please review our cancellation policy: Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your brainstorm session, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of [Insert amount, if applicable] or the forfeiture of any session deposit. No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled call without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and may be subject to full session charges or rebooking restrictions. Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your session with 24+ hours' notice, based on availability. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
